 - SHAREWARE EDITION

Registration:
-------------
There are 3 different registration options.

Option#1 is for $19, which gets you the
password for Vegas Poker and Blackjack only.
All shareware messages are removed and you can
change your betting amount and take advantage
of the Split and Double-down options in
Blackjack.

Option#2 is $29 and includes the full version
of Vegas Poker and Blackjack PLUS --
--our award-winning Full Motion video screen saver
CD-ROM with 600MB of incredible video clips.
--our Galt Game Disk with 4 additional challenging
games.
--our popular Video Launch Pad Utility, which has
been called "the ultimate AVI/MOV video player"

Option #3 is $39 for the MEGA-CD. The
MEGA-CD features *ALL 22* of our Galt programs.
It includes all the above, PLUS--
--our Screen Saver Super Bundle which features 11
additional animated screen savers, including
the Dinosaur, SkyDiver, and Tropical Fish
modules and ScreenPix.
--375 color pictures on CD for use with 3 of our
customizable screen saver slide show programs.
--4 more great utilities.
You get the entire library of GALT products,
22 programs in all, plus all the video clips and
photos. An incredible value.

Installation:
---------------
To install VEGAS Poker and Blackjack,
unzip the file you downloaded.
Then run the SETUP.EXE program.
Follow the on-screen prompts.
This will load the program onto
your system.

Removing Vegas:
=====================
To remove Vegas from your system, delete
the directory you installed it in -- no other
files have been copied to your system.

BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO THE
FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This version of Vegas is shareware.
You are granted a license to use Vegas
for a period of up to 30 days. After
that time, you are required to purchase the
product(s) through registration or else
discontinue their use.

You are allowed to make copies of this
software and distribute it to your friends
and co-workers, on electronic bulletin
boards, over networks, and so on, as long
as the product is not distributed for
profit (handling fees up to $5.00 ok).
If you distribute this software, you agree
to distribute this installation executable

You acknowledge that you have read this
agreement, understand it, and that by opening
or using this software you agree to be bound
by these terms and conditions. You further agree
that this is the complete and exclusive
statement of the agreement between you and

or prior agreement. All rights in the software
not specifically granted in this Agreement
are reserved by Galt Technology.
